Meal Plan Monday- Nov 29

             
              Ok! Im starting to get myself organised and this week my plan is :

               Monday:  Steamed Fish,  Buk choy with soy sauce dressing
             
              Tuesday:   Pork & Veg
             
              Wednesday: Lemon Chicken Nibbles & salad (fast& nice!)
              
              Thursday:  Salmon steaks & rocket salad
              
              Friday:      Thai lime beef stirfry
             
              Saturday:   Fish Tagine,
                                   maybe a choc mud cake (made low carb/ low cal)
             
              Sunday:      Chicken tagine
